Completing Documents (follow-up to Logistics of dying in B.C.) $135.00/hour plus tax
· Work through the documents discussed in L.O.D.in B.C at a personalized pace
· Virtual or in person, client provided space
· Additional consults can be arranged
EVENTS
Facilitate a private Death over Dinner/Drinks event $250.00 plus tax
· For groups of 4-10 people
· Client provided space and food/beverages
· 2 hour event includes a topic or “game” around end-of-life issues that engages discussion and contemplation. Good “ice-breakers” for beginning end-of-life planning work.
Private Death over Dinner/Drinks event catered service $350.00 plus tax, venue, and food expenses
· Facilitator finds an appropriate space and catering service for the event
· Min 2 hour event
· Group numbers to be discussed
